We do our very best to create a calm and soothing atmosphere and use Feliway throughout the hospital to gently and naturally reduce anxiety. Our team is proficient in gentle handling techniques, and will work to build trust with you and your kitten.
You can do your part by ensuring that the kitten knows that their carry basket is a happy, comfortable space. This is best achieved by leaving open in the living area and encouraging the kitten to play in and around it. You might even find you come home from work and the kitten is snuggled up inside.
